Job Description:
One of Santa Rosa's top Trauma Centers is looking for an ER Registration Supervisor to manage the day to day operations of the ER. This person will be overseeing a team of 18-20 caregivers at a high acuity hospital. This Emergency Room sees nearly 130-150 patients daily. Duties include overseeing and conducting patient registrations, employee guidance, orientation of new employees and ongoing staff training. This position will include customer service training responsibilities as well as ensuring patient satisfaction is being met. The position will ensure all required patient information is accurately collected by Patient Registration for all patients and Health Center programs. This department is open 24/7, candidates must be accessible on their phone.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a supervisor or leadership position
- 3 years of experience working in a customer service role
- 1 year of experience working with EPIC in an ER Setting

- M-F, 8am-5pm
- 3 month Contract to Hire based on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
