JOB DESCRIPTION
A client is looking for an IT POS Analyst to sit in Philadelphia, PA. He/she will be responsible for supporting new or existing point of sale (POS) systems, processes, and field users within the food and beverage industry. This will involve configuring and implementing POS menu screens to ensure client satisfaction from pre to post go-live. They will be attending project calls, gathering requirements, creating/presenting specific configs and working with stakeholders/the field to ensure that new implementations are operating smoothly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience as an IT POS Analyst, supporting large-scale environments
Experience with Micros POS systems, preferably Simphony (Aloha, Sicom, or other would suffice)
Experience deploying, designing, and configuring POS systems/hardware (i.e. menu boards/pages)
Experience gathering/tracking project requirements, supporting field workers, ensuring install satisfaction, testing, etc.
Comfortable with occasional go-live support work, i.e. supporting clients in different time zones
Excellent communication to work with external clients or internal contacts
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience working with Micros Simphony within the Food and Beverage industry
