- Product Analyst title but can also be looked at as a Business Analyst or Jr. Product Manager
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analyst, software developer, software engineer
- Strong technical background; developer background preferred
- Interested in business analysis, good analytical skills, critical thinker, detail oriented
- Balance of technical background with interest in business
- Technical understanding of APIs and how they function, how to connect to one, etc.
- Experience with user stories, business use cases, technical documentation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, degree in computer science preferred
Day to Day:
- This person will be working on the Gateway API Developer portal as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst. They will be following up on and driving project status, providing customer support for digital products, engaging in stakeholder management, and creating documentation for projects, programs and initiatives. They will be taking on some Project Manager duties as needed. The team is working in an Agile environment but this person may/may not necessarily be assigned to a single scrum team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $69.00 per hour
