Location: Little Rock, AR (primarily remote, onsite for a week every few months - candidates MUST be local to Arkansas)

Job Description:
We are seeking a SAFe Certified Product Owner with a strong background in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in DevOps or Development roles and will be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlog, development for the product, and planning the product timeline.
- Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Research and analyze market, users, and the roadmap for the product.
Requirements:
- Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Proven experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and software engineering practices.
- Previous experience in DevOps or Development roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
