JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a recruiting assistant to support a large government contracting company in Herndon, VA. This person will be responsible for working with program managers across the US and training them on the recruiting principles of the company. They will be teaching them how to use an applicant tracking system, assisting with job postings, educating them how to use really and other job sites and how to source for candidates. They will also be responsible for recruiting on the company's positions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of administrative recruiting experience
- experience with an applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with excel
