JOB DESCRIPTION
Our top clients in the South Florida market is seeking a data analyst to join their team in a fully remote role. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader within big data. One will be joining the Project Management Office and assisting with data analysis across multiple projects. On a day-to-day one will be working with financial analytics of multimillion dollar enterprise projects. One will be providing reporting for new business cases for their technology and business teams in order to determine allocation of resources across projects. This role will require one to pull reporting from Jira & PPM Pro, transfer large data sets into excel and assist with reporting & analysis. In order to be successful in this role, one needs to be able to perform basic SQL queries and have expert level experience within Excel. An ideal candidate will be able to provide reports and PowerBI dashboards based on the data extracts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 year of experience in a data analyst role
- Expert level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Professional experience with PowerBI, knowledge of building dashboards
- Experience with SQL queries
- Ability to quickly and efficiently extract, merge and manipulate large data sets
- Ability to conduct basic error checking across data
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Jira and PPMPro
- Experience working in PMO
