Overview
Looking for a career in sales? Insight Global is one of the world's largest staffing firms and our Talent Acquisition team is excited to hire exceptional people for this year’s summer internship program. Students are given the opportunity to develop their professional and interpersonal skills by doing work that is critical to Insight Global’s core business. No coffee runs here. Interns gain real-world sales experience, take a deep dive into the vast staffing industry, and have the ability to earn a full-time offer upon graduation. Our purpose is to develop our people personally, professionally, and financially – that starts with our interns.
You will be immersed into Insight Global life over the course of eight weeks. We pride ourselves on promoting within, which means each employee starts as a Recruiter before earning a promotion into Account Management. You’ll begin in the Recruiter role, learning to source, interview, and hire candidates with some of the most desired skillsets. You will also shadow Account Managers gaining an insight into sales by learning how they win new business, build relationships with clients and deliver top talent to fit their hiring needs. Most importantly, you will learn how we conduct business through our Shared Values: Everyone Matters, We Take Care of Each Other, Leadership Is Here to Serve, Hard Work and High Character Above All Else, and Always Know Where You Stand.
No specific degree is required, but applicants must have a strong interest in sales, sharpening their business acumen, and working with people. Candidates should also have excellent communication, time management and the ability to work well within a team.

- Internships are available in all offices across the US & Canada
- First Session: June 3rd – July 26th
- Second Session: July 15th – September 6th
- 36hrs per week: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm.
- Hybrid Role: Work in office Tuesday-Thursday (Select locations require being in person Monday-Thursday)
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Join a comprehensive Welcome Week that includes introductory calls with executive and shadow days with employees.
- During your second week, you'll train at headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia (all-expenses paid).
- You will do the exact job of a new hire and decide if you the knack for staffing.
- Learn to identify and interview candidates based on client hiring needs.
- Learn to talk through compensation, benefit, and workforce solutions with consultants and clients.
- Showcase your ability to learn, implement feedback, and take direction.
- Learn how we utilize relationship-based sales approach to build lasting business
- Join Account Managers in entertaining clients over lunch, dinner, sporting events, etc.

- Treat you like a full-time employee from the moment you start.
- Assign an Account Manager mentor and designated trainer who will guide you from day one.
- Help you work through our Intern Training Guide with your eight-week schedule outlined.
- Give you the opportunity to learn by shadowing, role-playing, and gaining on-the-job experience.
- Discuss your progress and feedback daily.
- Give you the skills that will apply to any career.

Pay Range
USD $15.40 - USD $27.90 /Hr.Salary : $15 - $28
