Title: Soldering Technician

Location: Everett, WA

Length: 3-6 month contract

Hours: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering electronic components and assemblies, ensuring high-quality standards and precision. This role requires attention to detail, steady hands, and a commitment to maintaining Insight Global's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering of electronic components on PCBs following detailed work instructions and schematics.
• Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair soldering defects.
• Maintain and clean soldering equipment and work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of soldering experience - could be from schooling or professional work experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
