Position: Systems engineer
Openings: 1
Pay: 39-43/hr, dependent on experience
Location: Onsite 4 days in Miramar FL- TRAVEL REQUIRED 50% including international
Duration: 6-month contract ongoing
Interview Process: 2 round interview process (first round 30 min virtual next week, second round 1h virtual w team)
Start Date: ASAP
Must haves:
- 3 years of hardware and application systems support
- Experience providing product and network support and triaging hardware issues- creating and maintaining relevant product documentation including build, requirements, functional, buy list, troubleshooting or other documentation
- Experience with large relational databases and tracking software systems
- Strong SQL (ADHOC/SQL Queries)- *A MUST!! Will be taking a SQL Assessment prior to interviewing. *
- Strong Automated Scripting with any language
- Experience troubleshooting networks, firewalls, IPs, NATs, APIs, interface technologies or other connective devices or technologies
Plusses:
- Oracle Hospitality Cruise or Fidelio Cruise experience
- Crystal Reports experience
- Cruise & Hospitality relevant experience
Day to day:
This is a full time, hourly position that reports to the Manager of the Guest Services Information Technology Product Team at a major Cruise Line. The position will perform various functions including business analyst, hardware engineer, systems administration, software installation engineer, and quality assurance within a Product & project team. The product/system is Oracle Hospitality Cruise Property Management System, formerly known as Fidelio Cruise.
