A large retail client is looking for a Training Operations Manager to join their Distribution Center Team in Blair, Nebraska. This person will play a large role in the start up of this new DC and hire on a team of 3 Training Coordinators to assist in the development of the DC leadership team. They will be held accountable for implementing the training programs rolled out from corporate to each location. This person will be on-site daily and work closely with supervisors, managers, assistant directors, and the director of the DC.
This role will require some flexibility in shift time (working weekends or night shift as needed/1-2 a month). Overtime work should be expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
