Our compassionate, approachable and experienced Clinical Team Lead operates work under the supervision of our Clinic Manager to assist in providing Patient Care second to none! The Clinical Lead will work within a team of Medical Assistants, while supporting our physicians, and always demonstrating superior customer service. The Clinical Team Lead will operate as a Medical Assistant, with expanded leadership responsibilities in their respective practice to include training, mentoring, and covering absences along with other flexible duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager. Desired candidates for the Clinical Team Lead position will show a strong desire to learn and have experience performing within high levels of accuracy, while exhibiting top notch customer service skills and patient care.

Duties of a Clinical Team Lead:
- Screen patients while performing and recording vital signs
- Perform data entry through Electronic Medical Record system
- Maintain medical records and patient confidentiality
- Disinfect and clean room after each patient
- Explains treatment to patients as needed
- Change sutures and dressings as needed
- Assists physician during exam
- Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and acts as operator for the Hospital
- Greets and interacts with patients in a friendly and polite manner
- Other Administrative duties as needed such as register patients and schedule appointments
- Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner
- Adheres to Jcaho hospital standards and PolicyStat policies
- Monitors supplies and inventory as needed
- Provides direction, coaching and feedback to further develop employee skills
- Participates in staffing, training and scheduling as directed by the Clinic Manager
- Supports the Clinic Manager in other duties as needed
Qualifications of a Clinical Team Lead:
- Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent is required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the areas of Healthcare, Biology, or related field desired
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Previous experience and familiarity with EMRs is preferred
- Must be able to achieve CPR certification within 30 days of employment, or have an active licensure
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to show superior patient care
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and drive
- Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none
- Exudes respect and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others; works well within a team environment
- Demonstrates excellent skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care, in order to meet documentation standards
- Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner
