We are currently seeking a Lead Instructional Designer for our client in the Aerospace industry who is implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR Central Payroll.This position requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.This role is remote and slated to go through mid-December 2024 with potential extension. The base rate range for this position is typically $70/hr to $80/hr with additional benefits available.However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, andwe will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Plan and approach
- Provide thought leadership for the training
- Manage training development
- Develop training materials and content
- Work with project OCM Lead
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Flexibility to work four day weeks at ten hours a day
- Well-versed in SuccessFactors HR Central
- Enable Now knowledge
- Professional Services / Big 4 consulting experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption
- 3 years of experience with major ERP systems
- Minimum of 2 years experience with various modules of SAP
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
