We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Training Coordinators to work onsite at Manufacturing facilities to provide Education Management Specialist (EMS) support for an S/4 HANA Supply Chain implementation.
Highlights:
- Tasks may include building training schedules, managing training enrollment, reschedules, creating rosters, setting up classrooms, track attendance and reporting, assist trainers with training log ins, and some training support.
- Consultant needs to be able to travel Monday through Thursday to various locations (including IN, KS, AZ and IN) on a weekly basis from May 22nd through November 3rd, 2023.
- The base rate range for this position is typically $40/hr to $50/hr with additional benefits available.However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, andwe will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- General training logistics for the assigned location (reserving classrooms, setting up classrooms, building schedules, assigning students and trainers to classes, creating rosters, reporting attendance, etc.)
- Coordinate training within manufacturing areas of the plant as assigned
- Coordinate training / assign trainers to classes
- Coordinate classroom orientation
- Responsible for assigning teammates to complete hands-on training
- Aid employees in computer-based training assignments if necessary
- Aid in facilitation (helping users log in, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Track and assign computer-based training assignments for our training employees to provide monthly metrics
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills (strong Excel skills)
- Must be self-driven with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently
- Must be comfortable assisting with training
- Must be willing to learn / train in multiple Business Units and departments within the facility.
- Must be willing to alter shift / hours as needed to support the training team.
