What is the role? Well, for starters, it’s pivotal! In this role within our Global Marketing team your focus will be on the continued development and optimisation of our website and landing pages created within our marketing automation platform (Hubspot). You will be a champion for providing visitors with an engaging experience and will ensure pages are fully optimised for lead generation. You will be passionate about analytics, user experience (UX), Search Engine Optimisation and have a detailed understanding about implementing website tracking for such channels as Pay Per Click. Your keen eye for detail will ensure the smooth running of our CMS (Umbraco).
What you will do to succeed
Continuously improve the customer journey, positioning the global website as an efficient, market-leading lead generation vehicle
Manage relationships with internal and external website support resources to ensure site performance remains optimal and hosting/support contracts are applied effectively
Stay up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites
Collaborate with the brand team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and organizational standards
Develop a structured programme of continuous enhancement
Develop the strategy for website development, identify improvements and define the strategy for our global and regional sites
Track and analyse website data to help prove ROI
Create strategies to grow the subscriber base and web traffic metrics
Drive conversion across paid media activities through the creation of landing pages (Hubspot); develop a range of templates to support this activity
Lead global website development, maintenance, optimisation, CMS updates, test plans, security, analytics and reporting
Review technical SEO issues and develop a plan for enhancements and fixes
Create and update website content as required
Support the development of lead generation campaigns via our Marketing platfor
Own the integration of global offices to our website platform including redirection of current domains and project management of content consistency and translation

Troubleshooting website issues
Familiarity with the nuances of SEO and safe tactics that can increase site visibility
Expert background working with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Google analytics, A/B testing, UX, web optimisation and inbound marketing; preference for experience working in Umbraco CMS and HubSpot marketing platforms
Expert knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures
Highly competent in Microsoft Office
Special Requirements
This is a global role and overseas travel may occasionally be necessary
Some out of hours work may be required to support our digital activities
