What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lake Wales Commercial Cleaners position at Inspection Ready Commercial Cleaning?
We are looking for a cleaner to help take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and deep cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition.
General:
- Must have personal vehicle.
- The ability to work Monday-Friday 5 pm - 1 am.
- You would meet in Winter Haven at our office and carpool in our company car to different facilities in the Lake Wales area.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas ( dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash, etc.)
- Document any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- The ability to maintain an consistent pace
- The willingness to learn and remember each account with help from the supervisor.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
