Job Summary
- Answering incoming calls from customers including scheduling, complaints and billing inquiries
- Maintaining excellent customer relations with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism using ICC's core values as your foundation
- Work with your Team Leader to ensure that capacity demands are met
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
- Ability to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction with confidence and professionalism. Including customer complaints and issues as they arise.
- Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information using Service Titan
- Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and tune-ups
Job Requirements
- Must be driven and able to book/close inspections.
- Pleasant phone demeanor.
- Must be a team player as the CSR will have to work closely with the other team members and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the ICC brand.
- Be knowledgeable about ICC products and services and offer them to the customer in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Conflict Resolution skills
- Have a people first mindset when solving issues or setting goals
- Must be able to learn new programs/software and respond professionally in an email to customers and co-workers.
- High school or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in inside sales or 2 years’ experience customer service and 1 year inside sales with a proven track record of being able to close calls and book jobs.
- Language required: Spanish
