Position Overview:
As a Field Engineer, you will be crucial in successfully deploying, maintaining, and supporting the company's systems. Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Installations: Execute on-site installations of the company's systems, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration with existing security infrastructure.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and addressing customer inquiries.
T1 Level Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's AI-based security screening systems, both remotely and on-site, to ensure seamless operation.
Customer Support on Site: Offer on-site technical support to customers, troubleshoot system issues, and train security personnel to ensure optimal system utilization.

Qualifications:
