What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Specialist - Education - Vineland position at Inspira Health Network?
Supports the professional development of nursing and other staff by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating diverse orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs. Serves as facilitator, consultant, counselor, instructor, and researcher.
QUALIFICATION:
Education & Experience:
- BSN required.
- Masters in Education or health field preferred.
- Minimum three years staff nurse experience.
- Teaching experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- ANA certification, (in Staff Development preferred ).
- BLS certified.
- Maintain competencies in primary practice area.
