What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager - Primary Care Millville position at Inspira Health Network?
MAJOR FUNCTION :
Ensures that office is properly staffed and that all functions are consistently performed in a timely fashion while ensuring quality patient care. Resolves problems, answers questions, supplies and/or obtains information for staff, patients and IMG administration. Responsible for personnel management to include clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsible for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures. Overall responsibility for routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services of assigned practice. Actively engages staff and providers in daily practice huddles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education:
An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent years of experience in business operations.
B. Experience:
Three to five years office experience in an out-patient clinic and/or physician's office required.
C. Certification/Licensure:
Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance and be able to travel between sites as required.
