What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Inspire Brands?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support to HR team including routing incoming mail and phone calls, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, completing expense reports, booking travel, employment filing, scheduling of meetings, and coordination of company events
- Responds to HR inquiries and escalates when necessary. Assists HR leadership with tasks related to performance management, employee relations, people development, events, budget tracking, etc.
- Responsible for preparation and/or proofreading of PowerPoint presentations, ad hoc reports, and other documents for HR leadership
- Handles tasks related to employment lifecycle including candidate experience, hires, resignations, and terminations.
- Administers various HR programs and events.
- Proactively identifies potential issues and opportunities for improvement and communicates to HR leadership.
- Assists with Brand HR-related project items including but not limited to drive-in acquisitions, data reporting, PowerPoint deck preparation, etc.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years related experience in Human Resources is required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office required
- Must have the ability to multi-task. Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitoring of own work to ensure quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to develop and follow processes are essential.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and use e-mail constructively.
- Should understand, appreciate and function effectively in a team environment. A customer-focused, service-driven attitude is essential.
- The ability to build genuine, effective relationships with all constituencies is crucial. High level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation are a must.
- Ability to resolve problems creatively in addition to bringing new solutions to the organization.
- Must have demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential materials and information.
- Understanding and embracing the Sonic culture is essential for success in this position.
- Appreciation of an open office concept a must.
