Job Summary
This position is responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the needs of restaurant operations. Talent Scouts will partner with cross functional support teams to stay up to date on talent needs within an assigned area, source talent and support the hiring process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review resumes, sources and identifies candidates to meet the needs of the organization.
2. Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing a other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
3. Provide top quality candidate experience throughout the selection process.
4. Partner with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to determine talent needs and strategy.
5. completes accurate record keeping of recruitment process.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Required: High School or GED
Preferred: Associate or Bachelors degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Experience sourcing and screening applicants preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multi-tsk and prioritize
• Skilled in written and verbal communications
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
• Tactical decision-making authority
