What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant- Candlelight position at Inspire Communities?
Inspire Communities is looking for an office assistant to join their team at their Hibiscus Estates/Sunny Pines Communities. As the office assistant, you will support the Community Manager in office functions such as collecting and processing rent checks, meeting customer expectations, engaging with residents, and anything else to ensure Company standards are met.
Some responsibilities may include:
· Greet and establish rapport with guests, current, and prospective residents either in person, through email, or by phone.
· Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and graphics to produce documents and presentations.
· Establish or maintain a record of accounts to create a history of financial and customer transactions for reference.
· Process and document records in an accurate and timely manner to facilitate the prompt payment of vendors.
· Assist in tracking and controlling community expenses.
· Adhere to office, safety, and security standards and all company policies and procedures to ensure company objectives are met.
1-2 years of experience in an office environment strongly preferred. Previous experience with Microsoft and Excel is required. Previous experience in the housing industry strongly preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
