Job Summary
Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care continues to grow in the metro Atlanta area and is looking for a Hospice Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for administrative support of the corporate executive team with various duties including: HR, payroll, account payable, and sales administration. He or she will focus on ensuring HR, accounts payable, and other important processes are executed efficiently and in collaboration with clinical, operational, and sales leadership.

Qualifications
- 1 year Hospice or home health experience stongly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
- Stong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Effective use of problem-solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure and time constraints including overtime to complete daily assessments
- Ability to use sound judgment and tactful approach when dealing with co-workers, staff and the public
