Job Summary:
Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is growing and in need of an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. The Office Manager is responsible for administratively supporting clinical, operational leaders, and human resource, directing administrative services and operations for the hospice including organizing and updating medical records, data entry, meeting preparation, purchasing, communications systems, space utilization, administrative support and mail services. The Office Manager is responsible for team engagement and customer service, ensuring employees and patient/family needs are met and responded to.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, degree in business or health administration preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare required
- Two (2) years of administrative office experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
- Efficient office administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assures that all telephone traffic is managed in a professional, customer service oriented manner and is relayed to the appropriate people.
- Responsible for clerical functions in agency related to filing, work flow, etc.
- Responsible for the ordering of medical supplies and office supplies as needed.
- Promotes company culture of excellence and teamwork
- Plans, organizes and facilitates employee recognition and appreciation events and activities
- Other duties as assigned.
