Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Provide direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including our private preschools, homes, schools, and community settings.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, preschool teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various client locations.

Travel Requirement:
Our centers are located in Mansfield, Elkland, and Troy, PA. Candidates must be willing and able to commute between these centers, with a maximum driving distance of up to 25 miles between locations.
