Position : Summer Program Teacher (Ages 5-8)
Location : 400N Main Street Manahawkin NJ 08050
About Us :
At Happy Days, we believe in nurturing young minds through play, exploration, and hands-on learning. Our summer program is designed to engage children in exciting activities that stimulate their curiosity and foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement fun and educational activities for preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
Qualifications :
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual children and the program.
- Ability to work full time : End of June through the end of August 2024
