HR Assistant
(General Clerk III)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Human Resources (HR) & Case Management (CM) with administrative functions and help employees with questions.
Job Duties:
- Create and/or maintain spreadsheets.
- Assist Case Manager with accommodations set up and delivery to onsite personnel.
- Creating and maintaining confidential employee files.
- Assist Case Manager/employees with Inspiribucks incentive program.
- Assist employees with common HR/CM related questions or concerns.
- Assist HR Manager with HR functions/tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Great communication and computer skills (verbal and written).
- Ability multitask and self-motivated.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality and professionalism.
Education:
Must have at least a high school diploma.
Security Requirements:
Public Trust/NA CLC (InspiriTec will assist/cover costs, but job offer is contingent upon obtaining clearance). The following documents may be required to start the clearance: Social security card, birth certificate, proof of citizenship.
Salary : $28,300 - $35,900
