The primary function of the Housekeeping Officer is housekeeping maintenance and will report to the Workplace Solutions Team and Site Director.
Pay: $17.00
Location: 200 W Hanley Ave #13 Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83815

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning designated building areas (vacuuming, window cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning, dusting and trash removal).
- Respond to phone calls (including emergency situations) from site leadership.
- Document Daily activity in Report log
- Seasonal tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Must be able to operate standard equipment for janitorial tasks.
- Interpret and follow directions, written and/or oral.
- Complete assigned duties in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and site leadership.
- Successfully perform a wide variety of janitorial and security duties
- Work rapidly and independently
- The Housekeeping position can be physically demanding and requires the capability to stand, walk, climb, twist, and the ability to push, pull and lift objects greater than 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Basic understanding of janitorial and sanitization procedures.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Proven track record of being safe, dependable, and reliable.
- Experience safely operating a hand controlled rotating floor scrubber.
- Provide support in the area of cleaning, preventative awareness, inspections, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment / equipment while adhering to FDA, OSHA, state and federal safety regulations.
