Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients products and services.
- Engage with customers through direct outreach to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a successful sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a weekly basis
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers.
- Facilitate the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
