THE OPPORTUNITY

Institute for Natural Medicine needs an ingenious, fast paced, problem-solving, persuasive person who loves challenges and wants a program to own and grow as an entrepreneur. The program is our flagship medical residency consortium that prepares residents to be successful practicing naturopathic physicians with the goal of expanding the consortium clinic sites nationally and expanding the patient base for these clinics. You will be required to work with and through others to make this program successful, solving the many problems that will be encountered on a weekly basis while working to accomplish the program’s expansion goal. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Owning the strategic execution and being personally responsible for growing our successful physician residency program by at least one resident clinic site each year.

• Launching and coordinating an affiliate-led entrepreneurial corporate wellness referral program to residency sites.

• Managing affiliate continuing education event services for consortium members.

• Supporting, persuading, and engaging the program’s executive committee, clinic site directors, and residents.

• Participating in decision making, problem solving, idea generation, and personnel management with your two direct reports.

• Driving accountability for residency consortium member deliverables.

• Managing resident and clinic residency site application processes, including promotion of opportunities for prospective residents and residency sites to grow the consortium.

• Participating in our annual budget development process and owning the P&L for your program, where you’ll regularly find yourself working with our well connected CEO and Board of Directors to champion the residency program while also rapidly growing both your personal and professional network.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.

• Two or more years of professional success in networking and relationship building program execution.

We believe that naturopathic medicine, with its unique principles and practices, has the potential to reverse the tide of chronic illness that overwhelms existing health care systems and to empower people to achieve and maintain their optimal lifelong health.

WHAT WE PROVIDE YOU

• Flexible, half-time schedule; 20 hours per week, generally between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time on weekdays, with events necessitating one Saturday be worked quarterly

• Expected pay range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience.

• Excellent benefits package including vacation pay, holiday pay, sick leave, and a $247 stipend per month for health insurance.

• A team of inspired and inspiring, purpose driven, and well connected individuals, physicians, CEOs, COOs, and affiliates supported by our Board of Directors, some of whom are nationally and internationally acclaimed.

• A hybrid in-office (Seattle), periodic consortium clinic site visit, and remote (your location) based position.
