FULL JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Director of Sales to join our sales team.
Sales consultants in our organization are responsible for communicating with our leads, understand their needs, and ensuring that all of our prospects have a smooth sales process.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary: $5,000 Per Month Plus Commission
A DAY IN THE LIFE: Communicating with our hot leads. Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential prospects questions and sending additional information per email. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has previous experience in a sales position. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent phone and cold calling skills. Strong listening and sales skills. Ability to achieve high sales targets. Must have a fun and easy-going personality.
