Coupa Contract Analyst
Location: 100% Onsite, Decatur, IL
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
Rate: $54.25 / hr
Duration 6 Months
A resource to assist with data clean-up efforts within our Coupa contract repository and database.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and upload all legacy/missing agreements from Selectica backup repository and internal teams
Research, review and identify duplicate agreements between systems to recommend for daily deletion or archiving
Contact vendors to obtain and upload missing or illegible documents
Establish "parent-child" agreement relationships in Coupa and upload any missing documents or create bulk upload spreadsheet
Review the internal validation checklist and update metadata fields within Coupa records that are incorrect or incomplete as needed
Identify and complete all contract name corrections, contract type errors and naming convention changes from Selectica repository migration
Verify all start and end dates along with any available termination options
Update the Procurement Lead information and/or ADM business contact/stakeholder information
Collaborate with ADM Buyers for contract and requisition matching tasks as needed
CORE COMPETENCIES
Coupa CLM contract user experience
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience
Excellent attention to detail and analysis of collected information
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
Exceptional organization, project and time management skills
Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and high demand environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing contract terms
Minimum 1 year experience with Coupa contract lifecycle management
