Junior Recruiter | Talent Acquisition
enableIT is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter for our office in New York, NY

EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
- Prior experience as a recruitment or HR coordinator is preferred
- Previous experience working in IT or creative industries is a huge plus
- Strong relationship building skills, outgoing, pleasant and assertive
- Self motivated to work with Business Development Managers to learn and earn our customers business
REQUIREMENT
- Recruit IT talent - active and passive candidates
- Partner with Business Development team
- Grow our candidate database and pipeline qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screening interview and reference checks
- Negotiate compensation, coordinate interviews and close deals!
- Record all candidate activity and tracking in internal applicant tracking system (JobDiva)
- Build relationships, provide ongoing support
- Flexibility, able to effectively prioritize and re-adjust activities, follow through, and manage time
- Self-reliant and self-motivated
- Use recruitment and selection methods such as job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and working with referrals to establish and maintain an effective candidate database
- Strong oral and written communicator, ability to document activities
