What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal Hydrogeologist position at Integral Consulting Inc.?
We are currently seeking a Principal Hydrogeologist to join our leadership team and grow our Investigation and Remediation business area. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic, growing, nationwide firm that operates without internal barriers to provide solutions to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and leverage existing client relationships to expand existing business
- Serve as principal in charge on key projects
- Develop and mentor staff
- Demonstrate leadership in achievement of company goals
- Serve as key advisor to Investigation and Remediation business director
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in hydrogeology, geology, geologic sciences, or related field
- Licensed, Registered, or Professional Geologist
- Recognized expertise in the investigation of contaminated sites, groundwater contaminant fate and transport and water supply evaluation
- 20+ years of experience in environmental consulting
- Proven track record in developing and capturing environmental consulting business, and supporting or leading growth of a hydrogeology practice
- Proven leadership on environmental projects as a strategic advisor to clients
- Litigation support consulting and testifying expert qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
