Job Description
- Travel between our Mid Atlantic offices: Columbia, MD, Fairfax, VA and Washington, D,C.
- Escort patients to and from exam room
- Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Assist provider with procedures
- Answer patient questions for surgery pre-op and post-op
- Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Keep a clean and disinfected work area
- Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying and other methods
- Maintain inventory of supplies, material and equipment
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Travel to Mid-Atlantic practices to support Mohs surgeons
- Escort patients to and from exam room
- Document in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Assist provider with procedures
- Use, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Keep a clean and disinfected work area
- Prepare tissue samples by fixing, staining, dying and other methods
- Maintain inventory of supplies, material and equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a lab is preferred, as this is a critical part of the job
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and with other team members

Experience:
- 1 year Mohs experience required
Education:
- High School Diploma
