Management Analyst

Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide labor necessary to perform offsite inventories at OC data centers and other assigned non-data center locations. Conduct inventories of IT assets and report condition to the Chief, Asset Management Section, Accountable Property Officer (APO), and/or other duly appointed representative of these functions.

2. Reconcile and update asset information to ensure accurate identification, accounting and maintenance of IT assets in support of OCL property requirements.

3. Coordinate DISA reconciliation and response to physical inventory and IT asset maintenance audits.

4. Ensure that all incoming shipments of supplies and equipment are properly receipted, identified, tagged, and controlled IAW procedural guidance.

5. Move by hand, hand truck, dollies, forklift, or other Material Handling Equipment, incoming property from delivery vehicle to the warehouse.

6. Accept, inspect, verify quantity, and sign the receiving document from delivery personnel for incoming property.

7. Provide shipping documents and discrepancy notes, if any, to the government supply clerk or APO.

8. Verify quantity, nomenclature, make/model, serial numbers, and unit of issue against receiving documents. In conjunction with the government representative, assist with properly identifying and barcoding assets IAW DISA IT Service Management (ITSM) Program standards.

9. Considering size, shape, weight, pilferage, and safety, the contractor shall select specific project storage locations within the framework of the general warehousing plan and record the storage location IAW established internal procedures.

10. Move property and supplies by hand, hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, forklift, or other material handling equipment for internal operations, warehouse management, configuration support, shipment preparation and inventory management. Perform property movement that involves stooping, bending, and lifting of items up to 60 lbs.

11. Prepare designated property for shipment to designated locations. Locations may be on-site/off-site, DISA/Non-DISA, Continental United States (CONUS)/ Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), government/commercial, and applicable shipping requirements, safeguards, and restrictions and shall be incorporated.

12. Conduct inventories of property, stock and office supplies and report via a Microsoft Access database the condition, overages, shortages and misplacements to the Chief, Asset Management Section, APO, and/or other duly appointed representative of these functions.

13. Be able to drive a government pickup truck and deliver operational assets to on-site/off-site locations where the total driving time to and from the delivery destination is less than 8 hours, and to drive and deliver assets being disposed of to the local Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). on these delivery trips.

Qualifications:
Active Interim Secret Clearance at Minimum
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Associate degree and 3 years of experience in related field
