Job Posting for Human Resources Business Partner at Integrated Human Resources Inc

We are looking for an experienced full-time Human Resources Business Partner to fill this pivotal position in our HR consulting team. We need a teammate that can juggle multiple tasks at once and doesn’t get flustered in a fast-paced environment. We represent many companies and industries and This position will partner with clients in all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling employee relations issues
  • Conducting benefit reconciliations
  • Ensuring clients are HR compliant
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • plan, develop, and support HR and organizational strategies, and analyze requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, etc.
  • Manage multiple transactions at any given time

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strategic planning skills with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple transactions
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment without getting frazzled
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
