We are seeking a Medical Assista n t or LPN to:
- Join our team of Family Medicine providers who provide diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses, gynecological care, and urgent care.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
- Prepare patients for examination, obtain vital signs, document chief complaint, medications, and allergies, and perform EKGs.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a diverse patient population.
- Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
- Facility Requirement:
- Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile).
- Experience:
- Traveler must have completed two years experience as Certified Medical Assistant or LPN.
- Traveler must have prior travel experience.
- Experience in family medicine preferred .
- Licensure and Certification:
- Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
- BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
- References:
- Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work experience in the last two years).
- Floating
- This position will float between clinics. The traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple clinics, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization . During the travelers assignment, if the primary clinic no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another clinic in order to complete contract.
