Legal CRM Consultant Intapp is recruiting a Legal CRM Consultant to join our One Place for Marketing & Business Development team. The Legal CRM Consultant is a member of the Client Services team and is responsible for ensuring services designed to realize value, align business and strategic goals, and to support strategic development of the customer. Intapp develops software and provides services to enable professional services firms to leverage the disruptive power of data, intelligent automation, and AI to better compete. Our goal is to enhance an organization’s ability to win more business, operate profitably, manage risk, and collaborate more closely with clients. What you will contribute: Specifically, this role will: Advise on best practice in CRM as a technological solution within the Legal field, and advise on business process change to achieve best practices Guide and strategically advise the most senior client stakeholders regarding CRM Ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and execution of initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature. Collaborate across client and internal stakeholders, while evaluating both internal processes and external market dynamics to drive and accelerate the holistic strategy for Legal CRMs. Synthesize the customer lens, economic drivers, and create business cases for a given set of priorities Quickly and thoroughly master evolving business contexts, stakeholder expectations and business requirements and translate them into program strategies/actions. Facilitating progress with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary Understand and analyze customers’ business problems to advance and influence CRM capabilities across the Legal CRM ecosystem Work alongside implementation team to guide regarding specific strategic requirements of client leadership team Produce organized, detailed, but easily consumed design documentation for purposes of aiding the adoption and utilization of Intapp software. Successfully inform and influence sponsors and key stakeholders to promote progress of program Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer. Support other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product, and more. Create and maintain centralized best practice collateral for use throughout implementation teams.
