Accounting Specialist

Overview

i3 is seeking an entry-level Accountant to work throughout the Accounting Department in a flex position role. Administrative responsibilities may include tasks within Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Time & Expense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Must possess strong analytic skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to comprehend verbal instructions
• Must be a hardworking team player with a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
• Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and be persistent in follow-through
• Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Must be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have strong PC skills and be proficient with Excel, Word, etc
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
