We are a healthcare organization that provides personalized integrative psychiatric medicine and wellness services in Frisco and Sherman, Texas. We believe that medication and therapy alone are insufficient modalities to bring vitality, energy, and wellbeing to our patients. We focus on delivering mental healthcare in a unique way by uncovering biochemical, genetic, nutritional, gut health and hormonal imbalances as well as minimal use of medication. We offer treatments like TMS, Spravato, Neurofeedback, Ketamine, Nutritional psychiatry, IV therapies.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is a motivated self-starter to support growth initiatives as well as assist the stakeholders in daily operations of the two location practice. The right person for this role must be driven, energetic with strong writing and oral communication skills and the ability to create and maintain new relationships.
You will effectively plan, analyze, and implement outreach efforts in the DFW. The candidate will develop and maintain relationships within the physician community to enhance lines of communication and build the referral base for the practice. You will provide the leadership with referral assessments and identify opportunities as well threats posed by competitive forces in the market area. We are looking for a confident, strategic leader who can translate big ideas into detailed road map and lead a cross-functional team to execute on a plan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will oversee special projects and ensure tasks are completed. You will assist the stakeholders with implementing ideas for customer experience, practice growth and overall efficiency.
- Autonomously facilitates and maintains consistent activity and result levels for the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) given; including client/referent referrals and appointments scheduled.
- Responsible to meet and/or exceed the number of professionally referred patients to the clinics measured by increased revenue & treatments booked through independent work and in collaboration with the outreach and clinic teams
- Obtains and manages referral sources from segments including, but not limited to: physicians, psychotherapists, social services, local employee health departments, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, etc. through a variety of activities such as personal appointments, meetings, phone calls, tours, emails and events/conferences
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
- Identifies market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Makes customer-focused decisions, both independently and with the support and direction of management
- Constructs and adheres to identified and approved outreach budget
- Coordinate and lead weekly tours for prospective professional referents
- Organize and coordinate trainings, community events, and in-service professional events
- Implement monthly, seasonal and annual marketing strategies, and evaluate results accordingly
- Provide weekly and monthly activity and accounts reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare management. Demonstrable expertise in human resource management and business development. Specific experience in behavioral healthcare field, Pain medicine or dermatology is preferred.
- Must have strong verifiable references
- Must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and the use of a car for work related meetings and events
