SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of duties related to provides leadership and advisory services to clients regarding governance, risk, and compliance.
Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relations with co-workers and clients, including the ability to work with and communicate with employees of all levels. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organization and follow through is crucial to the success of this position.
JOB DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND COMPENTENCIES:
The vCISO will support Integris’s Managed Services clients. This would include knowledge and skills in some the following areas:
- Provide leadership and advisory services to clients regarding governance, risk and compliance
- Build and maintain positive, trusting, professional relationship with clients
- Collaborate with other service delivery members, engineers and virtual Chief Information Officers (vCIOs), to ensure cohesive strategy for delivered compliance framework
- Understand client’s business and evaluate compliance needs to make their business better and more secure
- Create exceptional experience to all clients and end-users by ensuring and verifying high quality and efficiency of support
- Understand and remediate consequences of work that has not been executed as expected
- Ensure no request was left unanswered and SLA for all requests tickets is met
- Ensure all work is documented and tracked real-time in ConnectWise
- Meet assigned metrics and KPIs
- Assist with other security related activities and initiatives as needed
