The Access Coordinator accurately registers all patients into the ADT System or the facility's current computer programs, verifies insurance benefits, and maintains confidentiality and dignity of each patient as an individual. Maintains established guidelines regarding productivity. Requires excellent customer service skills. - Complete EMTALA training and HIPAA training within 1 months of hire date.
