We are seeking a Recruiting Director for our growing team! The Recruiting Director provides leadership, support, and vision to the recruiting function and direct support to the program, project, and executive hiring managers. This position will also conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Integrity Management Consulting as well as maintaining effective programs for retention and promotion.
Work location is remote (EST), preference is the Washington Metro Area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre-screen, schedule, background, references, etc.)
Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively
Serves as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction
Manages the recruiting team
Oversees entire recruiting daily and weekly workflow
Fills senior-level positions, management, and executive positions
Develops and implements creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and attract top candidates
Develops and refines the recruiting strategy in partnership with the operational and business development teams
Works closely with direct reports to discuss and implement best practices and to support significant staffing needs.
Completes hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start
Performs other related duties as assigned including bid and capture resumes, color team reviews, strategy reviews, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong leadership/presentation skills
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices; applicable policies such as, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing disparate recruiting team, resolving employee relations issues, and providing status briefs to leadership
Recent experience recruiting including hiring for non-exempt, exempt and leadership positions.
Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirement
