Role and Responsibilities · Able to communicate professionally, verbally & written with agents, agencies & carriers · Able to organize multiple email inboxes and provide responses to inquiries in a timely manner · Able to take phone calls from agents/agencies & carriers. Return voicemails in a timely manner · Able to work Excel & Word for reports and templates we send to agents/receive from carriers · Able to assist agents with complex issues · Able to multi-task · Able to complete Welcome Calls and introduce new agents to Berwick Insurance and our resources · Able to understand different Medicare carriers & their processes · Able to understand commissions from the carriers · Able to troubleshoot issues for agents whether it be with their clients or the carriers · Able to understand multiple systems and resources available to our agents offered by Berwick · Able to reach out to our carriers to help our agents when facilitating issues · Able to work with multiple members of the team and other departments · Able to assist/understand certifications with our Medicare carriers · Able to navigate different carrier’s sites Qualifications and Education Requirements - Medicare experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word - Spanish speaker (not required but highly preferred) - Basic computer proficiency Preferred Skills - Strong verbal/communication skills - Strong listening skills - Attention to Detail - Strong writing skills - Organizational skills - Reading comprehension skills - Attention to detail - Strong customer service skills Integrity offers you the opportunity to start a career in a family-like environment that is rewarding and cutting edge.
