Agent Services - Receptionist Western Marketing is a national insurance marketing organization dedicated to recruiting, servicing and supporting independent insurance agents and agencies in all 50 states. Since 1980, we have been offering our agents and agencies a complete line of outstanding life, health, and annuity products for the growing senior and underage markets. Our job is to recruit, service, train and retain top quality independent agents across the country. We are looking for a highly motivated, aggressive self-starter looking for a challenge to join our growing team! Position Summary This specific position does not involve marketing or sales, but focuses on servicing and supporting both our agent base and existing staff. This position provides a unique opportunity to be involved in several different aspects of the company, but will specifically focus on Receptionist duties as well as Agent Services. Duties will include, but not be limited to: answering phones, data entry, creating and compiling reports, assisting other staff with services requests, and much more. Qualifications: Strong computer skills required, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Solid judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work unsupervised to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Excellent written, verbal and professional communication skills. High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with base salary, benefits, bonuses and health insurance. Insurance industry experience not required, but strongly preferred. Previous office administration work and experience a plus. Office located in Missouri Valley, IA.
