What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Go-To-Market Strategist position at Intel?
The Product Marketing and Sales Enablement team within the Desktop, Workstation, and Channel (DWCG) organization is seeking a passionate, results-driven senior-level Strategic Desktop Go-To- Market (GTM) Manager. In this role, you will lead BU GTM strategy and planning for Intel's desktop CPUs, including the development of marketing requirements, foundational platform documents, product positioning, and product messaging leveraged by all downstream teams to develop launch, outbound, sales, campaign, and regional GTM plans. You will also be a strategic collaborator and trusted advisor to product management teams, Business Execution Team leads, marketing segment leads, SMG, GCM, global communications, and many others in order to drive opportunities, marketing programs, and ensure customer and partner alignment and education for desktop processors
The successful candidate for this highly-visible position possesses a strong knowledge of the PC industry, Intel and competitor desktop processors and roadmaps, MNC and channel customers, and deep experience crafting GTM strategies and messaging.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing desktop BU GTM strategy
Crafting desktop product messaging, positioning
Collaborating with product management teams to build critical foundational platform documents, including 30-3-30s, gold decks and similar
Building sales enablement and communications strategy to support Intel field, MNC customers, and channel partners
Working closely with Business Execution Team (BXT) and launch leads to prepare launch deliverable timelines and execution plans
Engaging with external stakeholders to integrate desktop products and messaging into global campaigns, industry marketing plans, executive keynotes, retail assets, global PR materials, and more
Leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and segment strategy to inform our deliverables
Liaising with Intel sales teams to understand customer needs and build demand gen programs as required to meet revenue and MSS goals. Developing and driving key OEM engagement model.
Presenting in management decision forums the strategic marketing recommendations and investments required to drive impact to the business
Ensuring GTM strategy execution on time and on budget
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and behavioral traits in addition to the qualifications listed below.
Demonstrated experience influencing and collaborate across a multiple, diverse organizations, exercising strong business judgment and ownership of result
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong willingness to work independently and apply creative solutions that drive performance with a minimal level of supervision
Strong program management, data visualization, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Desire and willingness to influence Intel's product and technology roadmaps through analysis as well as communicating recommendations and findings to Intel senior managers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field/experience.
5 - 7 years' experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing or sales.
3 - 5 years' customer engagement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00
