As a Facilities Statistician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Statistical support for the Corporate Services - Technology & Development group (CS TD).
• Consulting with managers, engineers, and technicians on engineering methodologies, data analysis, and experimental design.
• Deliver applied statistics courses locally and virtually.
• Respond to customer requests or events as they occur and develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or in a related discipline with 4 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Statistics or in a related discipline with 3 years of experience.
• PhD degree in in Statistics or in a related discipline with 1 year of experience.

The Experience referenced above should be in the following areas:

• Statistical practice in stochastic modeling.
• Design of experiments.
• Statistical process control.
• Data analysis and interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Statistical software, such as SAS, JMP or Splus
• Familiarity with semiconductor processing is desirable.
