Job Description
The IP Architect will be responsible for IP, Subsystem architecture for Intel FPGA and will provide technical leadership for those devices. The role covers specification generation, specification negotiation, system modelling, and definition of SoC architecture and global definitions. The IP architect will be responsible for the overall IP Subsystem architecture and will require a broad knowledge in SOC and IP design. Will understand Network-on-Chip based designs, product level and IP level data flows. The candidate will understand Package design, clocking, configuration methods of the device. Background in IP design or verification is a plus.
The candidate will be responsible for defining complex IP Subsystems, understand the complex global nature of the problem, work cross functionally with several other architect. Additionally, should be able to comprehend modeling implications, review global signal implications, data movements across the device.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include the following:
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 12 years of experience
8 years of experience in SoC design and architecture and experience in IP Design
Experience in architecting complex systems using and demonstrating success in deploying those systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of FPGA is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $180,270.00-$288,770.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
