We provide organizational development, change management, culture and performance, learning and development, leadership and management capability for the enterprise. The People Leadership Team serves as a critical group in OTC, providing flagship development and network solutions for 14K managers, 700 executives and high-potential leaders worldwide.
About the Role
The Senior Leadership Architect role will focus on the design, development and execution of flagship leadership programs and interventions for mission-critical initiatives to support our focus on transformative leadership in service of Intel's strategy. This role is a senior practitioner, program designer and individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director - People Leadership.
An ideal candidate is a thought leader in executive and leadership development, has deeply rooted passion for Intel's mission and understanding of how to enable leaders to fuel Intel's growth. The candidate must have business fluency and experience designing and delivering executive programs at scale, backed by success metrics.
Select Responsibilities
- Influence effectively in Intel's complex, matrixed environment to design and execute leadership development programs and solutions focused on next-generation success and impact. This will include establishing linkage between Intel's strategy, stakeholder demands and HR strategy in support of Intel's strategic transformation efforts underway.
- Lead the strategy and design of high potential / top talent development solutions and programs to accelerate global talent readiness resulting in stronger leadership bench strength to meet long-term organizational objectives for growth and succession.
- Communicate and collaborate across all levels and groups, including the ability to listen and foster dialogue across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Use analytics with a track record of driving measurable outcomes against key performance metrics to be leveraged across the overall Integrated Talent Management function.
- Bring the curiosity, research, and rigor of a scientist to the task of innovating and improving our leadership solutions, using data to challenge orthodoxy.
- Incorporate thought leadership and expertise in leadership development, coaching and technology trends that drive innovation, managing a broad range of third-party relationships when needed.
- Build relationships with external thought leaders, continuously building awareness of the latest trends and industry leading practices while leveraging a highly commercial mind-set and actively maintaining a pulse on voice of the customer with an employee and client lens.
- Drive a culture of customer first, flawless execution and speed with quality.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Masters/PhD) in Leadership or Org Behavior studies required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership, org development or management consulting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have designed and delivered executive and leadership development programs and solutions at a global technology organization, including developing flagship programs, technologies, and tools. Experience designing leadership frameworks and models in a global, technology organization.
- Experience designing talent review and succession planning processes with an emphasis on the development actions that deepen leadership strength to meet long-term organizational objectives for growth and succession.
- Experience partnering with and advising senior executives, influencing executives to solve for the collective good.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, drawing insights and implications from complex data sets to make actionable executive-level recommendations.
- Highly effective team player with track record of fostering a high-performing, generative team culture.
- Experience designing and executing leadership effectiveness assessments as well leveraging industry leadership assessments (ie: Korn Ferry, Birkman, Hogan, 360-degree feedback tools) including the requisite certifications.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Professional coach training certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credential or above.
- Experience in design thinking and agile methodology.
- Change management and complex program management experience, including working cross functionally.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
